1. Optional Filter Media

• Standard version: Thickened polyester non‑woven fabric with high dust‑holding capacity and good wear‑resistance, suitable for wood‑working dust, spraying powder and general industrial smoke.
• Premium version: PTFE‑coated polyester material with non‑stick surface. Ultra‑fine dust will hardly adhere to the filter. It achieves thorough cleaning during pulse‑jet process. It works excellently for stainless‑steel dust, aluminum‑magnesium powder and graphite dust. The filtration efficiency reaches up to 99.95% at 0.3‑micron rating.
• Optional upgrade: Anti‑static or flame‑retardant filter cloth to avoid fire risks caused by static electricity for flammable and explosive dust.

2. Frame Construction
   
   
   The integrally cast polyurethane frame delivers outstanding tight sealing to prevent air leakage through gaps. Unlike metal frames, our PU frame will never get rusty or deformed and performs steadily under humid working conditions. Deep‑pleated filter media expands the filtering area within limited space and greatly prolongs service life.
